Who we are
This policy covers ReDone Remodeling & Building Inc. ("ReDone", "we", "us"), a California licensed contractor (CSLB Lic. #1102276) at 352 S Camden Dr, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. It applies to redoneremodeling.com, our Spanish pages, and the calls, texts and emails that come from them.

Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a free 3D design and estimate, call, text or email us, we collect what you choose to share, typically:
- Your name, phone number, email address and project address;
- Details about your project: the services you're interested in, budget range, timeline, photos, plans or measurements you send;
- Whether you agreed to receive text messages, with the date, time and wording of that consent.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the site that referred you. With your permission (see Cookies) we also use analytics and advertising tools that collect similar information.
Information from other sources
If you contact us through Google, Yelp, Houzz, Facebook, Instagram or a referral partner, we receive the information that platform passes along, such as your name and message.
How we use it
- To answer your request, schedule a site visit, prepare your 3D design and estimate, and build your project;
- To send appointment reminders, estimate follow-ups and project updates by phone, email or, if you opted in, text message;
- To meet our obligations as a licensed contractor: contracts, permits, warranties, insurance and record keeping;
- To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure which advertising brings in requests (only with your consent);
- To protect our customers, our business and the site from fraud or misuse, and to comply with the law.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising unless you allow advertising cookies. We share information only with:
- Service providers who work for us under contract: our customer management and scheduling system (Jobber), website hosting (WordPress.com), email delivery, form and automation tools, and payment or financing providers you choose to use;
- People who help build your project: designers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and the city or county permit office, only as needed for your job;
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect rights and safety;
- A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or reorganized, under the same protections.
Text messaging: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
Text messages
We only text you if you give consent, for example by checking the optional box on our estimate form or by texting us first. Consent to texts is never a condition of getting an estimate or buying anything. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We group them like this:

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Browsers' "Do Not Track" setting has no agreed standard, so we don't respond to it. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising cookies and any sale or sharing of your information, and advertising tags stay off.
Your California privacy choices
California residents can ask us to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and how we use and share it;
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to records we must keep by law (for example contracts, permits and warranty records);
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your information (we don't sell it; see Cookies for advertising tags);
- Limit the use of sensitive information (we don't collect sensitive information such as Social Security or financial account numbers through this site).

We'll confirm your identity by matching details you've already given us, and respond within 45 days. You can use an authorized agent, and we won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.
"Shine the Light": we don't share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests that don't become projects for up to three years. For customers, we keep contracts, permits, change orders and warranty records for at least ten years after completion, because California law allows claims about construction defects for up to ten years. Cookie choices are kept for up to twelve months.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to staff who need it, and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send bank or card numbers through the website form.
Children
This site is for homeowners and property managers. It isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child sent us information, call us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We'll post any changes here with a new "last updated" date. If a change is significant, we'll put a notice on the homepage.
